PEACE AND CALM
The more I free myself from the grip of ongoing stress and anxiety, the more I understand the powerful negative impact it has had on my life. The more I experience this freedom from stress and anxiety the more I want to share the learning and techniques that worked for me, to help you attain the same freedom.

Stress and Anxiety are not who you are!
Stress and anxiety are held in the mind, body and breath. You can transform these patterns by learning to evoke a state of parasympathetic dominance in your nervous system. When you live more peacefully and calmly you are able to have more access to your spiritual and creative nature, to live life more fully and to be comfortable in your own skin. This transformation is a change that brings you more into alignment with your true self.
There are two options for learning to transform your stress. Private sessions or group work.
12 WEEK CLASS
During this 12 week series you will experience potent tools for releasing the patterns of stress and anxiety from your body, your breathing and your mind while engaging in a process to bring about a tranformation. If you suffer from insomnia you will experience tools to help you fall asleep, stay alseep and sleep more soundly.
Tools
1. You will receive a set of BeCalm Balls (retail value $30) and training in how to use them to interrupt your stress cycle by triggering the body's natural ability to bring it to a standstill. Lying on Becalm Balls produces a feeling of instant relaxation that deepens and grows into a profound state of absolute calm. In this state the body is able to repair and renew itself.
2. You experience mini-moves from the Sounder Sleep System™ that enable you to very quickly evoke the inhibitory aspect of your nervous system and enter a place of deep calm and peace. These movements are so small and discreet that you can do them anywhere.
3. Experience the ways in which your body and breathing patterns hold and even cause anxiety. We will use Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) Lessons to explore these patterns and how the brain can change and become more available for organic learning.
4. We will use group sharing, meditation, visualization and journaling as needed.
Whether you experience low grade stress because of your work or lifestyle or more chronic anxiety, it is having an negative impact on your body, causing inflamation and other chronic problems. Freedom from patterns of anxiety and stress are a necessary step to opening to a more authentic and joyful life.

PRIVATE SESSIONS
Private sessions address your specific concerns tailoring each session for maximum benefit. We choose from the tools used in the group sessions: BeCalm Balls , Sounder Sleep System, Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement as well as hands-on energy healing.
