SELF-COMPASSION AS SELF-THERAPY
8-week therapy group with a focus on well-being and self-compassion
In a supportive group setting, learn how to use mindfulness and compassion practices to ease life's difficulties, resolve personal or interpersonal issues and work with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and more. Each person will be invited to choose from a variety of meditation and resource techniques to find what works best to support their own process and to shift to the level of healing that is right for them.
